Today took a crazy turn! Our 10am flight this morning was canceled from London to Chicago into Nashville. We then got on a flight that left around 2pm. Mind you the 5hour travel turned into 9 and 1/2 hours! The plane we then find out is an hour behind. After a crazy day of cancellations and such we finally board the flight and make our way to Dallas to make our Nashville connection. Amongst our arrival at DFW we were informed to take one of these Express Connection passes to breeze thru all the customs lines and such to make our connection. We were told by nearly over 10 people we were to enter thru the global entry line where we would see a sign for express connect. We made it to this sign with 20minutes to spare, and had plenty of time to catch our flight. I was signaled forward by a customs agent to show my passport! He then with a raised voice asked why I thought I'd be getting thru that line and that he didn't signal for me! Mind you everyone in line behind us then shouted that he did. He looked me in the eyes and said I, nor anyone in my group would board until everyone else in every other line was thru the checkpoint! At this point another agent enters from the back and starts to shout at me and my guys asking what made us think we could be there. I replied and said that his employees informed us to enter at that sign thru global entry! He then told me not to talk back to him, and that it would be in my best interest to just shut my mouth. After waiting on well over 100 people to enter before us (who all were on our side and stated they had hours before the connection they had to make) I went up to the first agent who sent me back. He asked if I had anything in my bag that I shouldn't. I said no! He then said he would dump it out if I did and check. I said all I wanted to do was make our flight. We didn't make our flight after all this, and @americanair did nothing to help us find a flight home. Even saying it wasn't our fault. After 100's of dollars and many sleepless hours later we are on a 10 hour rental car ride back to Nashville! Who knows where our bags may be, or when we may see some of our gear! Anyone think this is crazy besides me?

Today took a crazy turn! Our 10am flight this morning was canceled from London to Chicago into Nashville. We then got on a flight that left around 2pm.
